Job Duties

• Greet customers and identify their needs
• Advise customers on product features, quality, and availability
• Demonstrate products and answer questions
• Process sales through the POS system, including cash and card payments
• Arrange merchandise displays and keep the sales floor tidy
• Receive shipments, tag items, and stock shelves
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Prepare items for shipping or customer pickup
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets set by management

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions

• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Lifting merchandise up to 15 kg
• Weekend and holiday shifts on rotation
