Salary: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (35-40 hours/week)

Job Duties

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Demonstrate product features and make recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions using POS system
• Arrange merchandise displays and maintain visual standards
• Restock shelves and organize stockroom
• Process incoming shipments and verify packing slips
• Handle customer returns and exchanges per store policy
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product inventory
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Assist with seasonal inventory counts

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in retail or customer service

Work Conditions

• Standing and walking throughout shifts
• Lifting merchandise up to 20 kg
• Weekend and holiday availability required
