Salary: $17.20 - $18.00 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (35-40 hours/week)

Job Duties

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand and machine
• Prepare basic food items such as salads, sandwiches, and garnishes
• Bring clean dishes to kitchen and service areas
• Portion and wrap food items for takeout orders
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and dining area tables
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the day
• Assist cooks with basic prep tasks as directed
• Receive and put away food deliveries following FIFO rotation
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisor

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required; training provided

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals
• Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
