Position: Housekeeper
NOC: 65310 — Light duty cleaner
Location: Charlottetown, PE
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (25-35 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in offices and common areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and baseboards
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and floors
• Restock washroom and kitchen supplies
• Wipe down door handles, light switches, and high-touch surfaces
• Clean interior windows and glass partitions
• Report damage, maintenance issues, and supply shortages
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals per WHMIS training
• Lock up and set alarms when cleaning after hours

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required — will train

Work Conditions

• Evening shifts after office hours
• Bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
• Work at multiple client sites during one shift
