Job Duties

• Operate production machinery under supervisor's direction
• Feed raw materials into manufacturing equipment
• Inspect finished products for defects and sort accordingly
• Package completed products into boxes and label for shipping
• Transport materials using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Clean and maintain production area and machinery
• Follow quality control checklists and document results
• Report machine malfunctions and safety concerns
• Assist with setup and changeover of production lines
• Comply with company health and safety policies
• Participate in daily team huddles and safety briefings

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required; paid training provided

Work Conditions

• Factory environment with moderate noise levels (hearing protection provided)
• Repetitive tasks and standing for full shift
• Day and afternoon shift options; rotating schedule
