Salary: $17.20 - $18.50 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (35-40 hours/week)

Job Duties

• Greet customers and take food orders at the counter
• Prepare wraps, platters, and salads per customer selections
• Slice shawarma meat from the vertical rotisserie
• Operate cash register, POS system, and payment terminals
• Prepare and portion sauces, pickled turnips, and toppings
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment
• Replenish ingredients and supplies during service
• Package delivery orders through UberEats and DoorDash tablets
• Sweep and mop floors at end of shift
• Follow Ontario food safety guidelines and WHMIS protocols

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required; will train

Work Conditions

• Busy restaurant environment near cooking equipment
• Shifts include evenings and weekends
