Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (40-45 hours/week)

Job Duties

• Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the GTA
• Load delivery vehicle following route sequence for efficiency
• Obtain signatures and proof of delivery using handheld scanner
• Follow GPS navigation and planned delivery routes
• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage during transit
• Communicate delivery issues or delays to dispatch
• Complete daily vehicle inspection (pre-trip and post-trip)
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
• Sort and organize packages at distribution hub before routes
• Return undeliverable packages and file reports
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year driving experience
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence with clean abstract

Work Conditions

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Physical work: entering/exiting vehicle 100+ times per day, lifting up to 30 kg
• Early morning start times (6:00 AM typical)
