Cook

• Prepare and cook complete Korean meals and individual dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards. • Prepare and portion ingredients, including meats, vegetables, sauces, and side dishes for daily kitchen operations. • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment while following food safety and sanitation standards. • Inspect food ingredients and ensure food quality, freshness, and proper storage. • Assist with inventory control and inform management when food supplies need to be replenished. • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a culinary diploma is considered an asset. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook specializing in Korean cuisine. • Ability to prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures. • Reliable, organized, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. • Ability to communicate in English or French.
