Salary: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners across client sites
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to staff
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Train new cleaners on procedures, equipment, and chemical safety
• Order and distribute cleaning supplies and manage inventory
• Respond to client requests and resolve service complaints
• Fill in for absent staff when required
• Maintain records of work completed, hours, and incidents
• Enforce workplace safety and WHMIS compliance
• Recommend improvements to cleaning routines and products

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions

• Split time between supervision and hands-on cleaning
• Travel between client sites (vehicle allowance provided)
• Some evening and weekend scheduling
