Location: Summerside, PE
Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Part-time (15-25 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

• Scan and bag groceries at checkout
• Process cash, debit, and credit payments accurately
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Weigh produce and enter PLU codes into POS system
• Handle customer loyalty card transactions
• Keep checkout area clean and organized
• Count cash drawer at start and end of shift
• Stock front-end shelves and impulse displays
• Assist customers with carry-out when requested
• Report pricing errors or product issues to manager

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required; training provided

Work Conditions

• Standing for the duration of each shift
• Weekend and holiday availability required
