Location: Lethbridge, AB
Salary: $15.50 - $17.25 per hour
Terms: Permanent, Part-time (20-32 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

• Greet customers and process purchases at the checkout
• Operate cash register and POS terminal; handle cash, debit, and credit payments
• Scan items, apply discounts, and issue receipts
• Count float at the start and end of each shift and reconcile totals
• Bag and package purchases carefully
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, and store policies
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Restock shelves and front-of-store displays during quiet periods
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized
• Report pricing errors and low-stock items to the supervisor

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: No experience required — will train

Work Conditions

• Standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail with cash handling
• Evening and weekend availability required
