Job Duties

• Prepare doughs and batters for breads, buns, pastries, and desserts
• Bake products following recipes and production schedules
• Operate commercial mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough dividers
• Frost, glaze, and decorate baked goods for display
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for consistent quality
• Plan daily production quantities based on orders and sales patterns
• Receive and inspect ingredient deliveries
• Maintain inventory of flours, fillings, and baking supplies
• Keep baking area, tools, and equipment clean and sanitary
• Package products and price items for the retail counter
• Train bakery helpers on routine tasks

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Conditions

• Early morning shifts starting between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m.
• Standing for extended periods; lifting bags of flour up to 20 kg
• Warm environment near ovens
